Who is responsible

What is collected

When you request a pilot invite: your first and last name, email address, and your answers about how you trade (years trading, trading style, what you find most challenging, accounts, instruments, and an optional goal). No account numbers, balances or results.

Why, and on what basis

To review your request, send your invite and set up your pilot (steps you asked for before an agreement: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). To understand who TradeMode serves and improve it, using answers in aggregate (legitimate interest: Art. 6(1)(f)). No marketing emails, no selling or renting your data, no advertising trackers.

Who processes it

Supabase (database, region: EU, Frankfurt) and Vercel (hosting) process data on TradeMode’s behalf under data processing agreements. Where a provider transfers data outside the EU, it relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Fonts are served from trademode.app itself.

How long it is kept

Until 12 months after the pilot ends, or sooner if you ask for deletion. Requests that don’t lead to an invite are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use, or restrict it: email hello@trademode.app. You’ll get a reply within a month. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
